These are the three tree that I have submitted to be shown at the Noelanders Trophy 2010 in January.
fat mugo pine, Pinus mugo
old hornbeam, Carpinus betulus, edited slightly again
literati Scots pine, Pinus sylvestris
All three trees were collected in Europe.

it is a very old mugo pine that I have introduced in October here on the blog. I will show it again just before the demo.

Thanks. I remember it: the one with the hidden nebari (for some reason I remembered there was a competing option of a deciduous tree).
I hope to see it in person in January. It will be nice to meet something familiar among the displays.
