Walter Pall's main blog about bonsai and his work with trees from day to day. Lots of good pictures of good trees and lots of valuable information about bonsai.
Hallo Walther,How do you define the date on a tree you find? Like on this tree and on the literati spruce David styled...Is it 'the eye of experience' or just a estimated guess?Groet, Junior
I would call it educated guess. One has to cut many dead trees apart and count the rings. Then one ets a feeling how old a tree could be. It does not matter much though. It is only interesting.Walter
Gorgeous tree. where does someone find and style such a beauty?
