Some more spruce development

All these were collected in spring of 2008. Now they are vigorous and can be brought one step further. In one year they can get the final styling. In three years they will be in the final pot or on a stone. This is fun.

improvement of a collected spruce #2

Same story as with #1.

improvement of a collected spruce #1

Collected with Alex in may of 2008. Then left alone for two years and now edited to leave only the branches that I will work with finally. Now the spruce will rest another year atl least and gain ramification and vigor. Then it can get the final styling. This will probably go onto a flat stone as single straight tree.

potentilla brought on their way

Two Potentilla fruticosa from an old garden. They were collected this spring and now brought on their way. Next year we will start to create the crown.

Spruce grop two years later

This is a bundle of thin collected European spruce, Picea abies. Two years ago they looked kind of pathetic. Now it's clear that they are getting somewhere. I will place this group on a stone eventually.

spruce #27

Development from 2004 until today. The tree was collected ten years ago.
The final most outstanding stand was made by Vincent and I got this as gift from the Slovakian group a week ago. Thank you all. Thank you Vincent.
