It is a mugo pine, Pinus mugo, collected by Horst Heinzreiter, the famous potter.
Here pictures in his garden last fall. Wolfgang Putz and Jim Doyle cannot believe this.
We all agreed that this is most outstading but it will never ever go into a decent pot in any right position. And then, what's the crown going to look like, what 's the general shape??? A challenge just for my taste.
