I notice you're using the phrase "as of" very often. But I don't think you're using it the way it's supposed to be used.

"As of " means that on status changed (will change) but it remained (will remain) _unchanged_ since that .

Your usage refers to a particular point in time when the tree was in a particular stage of development, but you're showing us that it _changed_ since then.
