Most trees LOVE lime. I don't really care about such things. I just grow trees (successfully). I water my azaleas with one of the most limy waters in Europe (successfully).

concrete with a lot of paper. Very cheap and better than a box.

Do you think that the lime in the concrete affects the soil pH? Do you use these with acid soil species?
