Hello Walter,

This year I have got some sort of molding happening on my hornbeam leaves, I gently rub it off but it seems to come back. I have never had this problem in previous years. Also I have my trees on a terrace now with lots of fresh air and sun.
They are yamadori and this is their second year, do you think it would be a good idea to defoliate them and give fresh leaves a new chance?

Have a great day.

To late to defoliate. Spray with copper - avaialble in any garden center.
