Walter... It will never be legendary as in the final image the tree has reverse taper; and, therefore cannot be properly displayed in proper 360 degree fashion...

Rich, I would disagree. What is it that makes a tree legendary? Most of the times this would be a feature that stands out, a defect which makes it unusual. A tree can only become legendary if it's unique. Why not with some reverse taper? I'm sure you have seen trees in nature with reverse taper.
