That's a beautiful sequence of pictures and certainly very seasonal too!
I'm only starting out in bonsai myself, so far I have a ficus retusa and a serissa which I bought. I have a cutting from the ficus which I am growing and I also have a eucalyptus seedling which I am growing as well.
It certainly will be a long time before I'm able to achieve something like that but I'll keep trying.

this is one of the most beautiful trees that I had ever seen.
