Since the pine was repotted only this spring I did not pluck any neefles. Therefore this first styling is a bit loose. Next year at leasrt the fine wiring will be done again after needle plucking.

Japanese White Pine #1
Japanese White Pine, Pinus pentaphylla, grafted onto black pine, imported from Japan, pot by John Pitt. The important left low branch unfortuantely died last year. So the tree was not in a good positon in the pot and from the orginal front it looked not as good than from an angle tunred one hour clockwise. I did it today. Soon nobody will miss that lower left branch. The left side will have to grow wider in the future though.
