The snow yesterday was bad. But it snowed at around freezing temperatures. So the cold was not the problem. But the snow could have broken some branches, especially the ones with leaves already. This last night it was quite cold however. In some towns nearby it was minus 5°C, that would be not good at all for fresh maple leaves. We had partially overcast sky and our temperature over night was minus 2°C. This is NOT really critical. These photos I shot at 8 am. Later on during the day the snow totally disappeared. We'll see what happened. I think nothing. This happens every other year and I have had it about a dozen times in my bonsai life so far.
