Walter Pall's main blog about bonsai and his work with trees from day to day. Lots of good pictures of good trees and lots of valuable information about bonsai.
Hi Walter, Happy New Year to you. I wanted to ask, I have two Lidens but I think they may be different species even though they were growing about 5 meters apart. One seems to have larger leaves and even the dormant buds right now seem to be larger. Could this be Tilia Platyphyllos and the smaller one the common Tilia Cordata? Thanks and have a great day. Thomas
Thomas, could be. But probably they are both x as 99% of all European linden. It is a disposition which occurs accidentally.
How often does it flower?
never. This is not the aim.
