Hi Walter, I really like how you changed the look of this Beech and the classic Sylvatica above is I think one of the best around. On this entire page, from the Japanese Maple, Hornbeam and these two Beech in the shallow containers, is Annual re-potting necessary so the roots have room to grow or every other year? What is usually the norm for you?Thank you. Thomas Urban
I repot all these trees every three to five years, sometimes later. Most folks repot way too often.
