Walter Pall's main blog about bonsai and his work with trees from day to day. Lots of good pictures of good trees and lots of valuable information about bonsai.
You look winded, Mr. Pall! Snow makes for hard work... Great seeing you in Portland. By the way, the verification word for this post is "euronad."
I often find myself using your winter photos to play "guess that tree." Perhaps it's my youth, but those pillars are calling for a Qin Shi Huang-esque snowman army.
The colour saturation with the new lens is remarkable!
These pictures remind me of the winters in Lisbon... OR NOT!!!Today is a cold day an we expect 12 degree Celsius (positiv), blue sky and sunshine :)
Is Tamron 28-75 good enough for photographing bonsai, or is just good all round lens?
It is excellent for photographing bonsai.
