Hello Walter!

I see you believed that the tree was healthy enough to not have any problem with a 50-60% root cut and re-pot while already in full leaf. Could the same be said of a nursery tree in a nursery pot that seemed very vigorous or is that an unnecessary risk?

Thanks!

Sure, but you have only one day to go. Then it's over until beginning of September.

Hey Walter!

What means "you have only one day to go. Then it's over until beginning of September."

May 5 would be too late? Really?

Have you looked at the weather forecast? It willbecome warm. Now it starts to be dangerous in my area to repot trees with full foluage.

O.k., now I understand.

Thanx a lot!

Seems to me luck is on your side again.Such a fine tree and always a fitting pot on stock!
Stunning again.
Thumbs up.

JK,
a bit more than luck. I have a few hundred good pots here on storage. Some large to very large. Some expensive to very expensive. Most have a priuce tag. But I can choose the ones that I like and not look at the tag. Bonsai heaven - home made.

@JK: Only idiots count on luck!

That is one part of what makes it so interesting to follow your work on bonsai.
The right things on hand to just work on.
It makes me lucky to follow all that. Dont care what someone might call me for that attitude.
