Japanese maple #3

Japanese maple, Acer palmatum, first image of 1987, pot by Peter Krebs. After a very long time being happy with this tree it suddenly lost the thick main branch on the left last year. At first I thought that this is a catastrophy. But then I repositioned the tree in the nice pot by Peter Krebs and now I am happy with it again.
