European hornbeam, Carpinus betulus, collected in Slovakia by Maros in 2009. It's coming nicely. One can see the difference compared to #1 which is 15 years ahead in training.

Privet #1

Privet, Ligustrum vulgaris, from an old English hedge. i acquired this tree at Noelanders Trophy in January 2012. Now it's in a pot by Isabelia.




Weigelia #1

Weigelia, Weigelia spec., from a garden plant. Marco has started this and I got it in a trade. Hopefully I can show it with flowers in summer.
